I think most Japanese people don't talk like this skit.We don't like to say everything so directly because we don't want to quarrel with anyone. Probably Japanese people say these thing after washing dishes

"Dishes were very dirty. I washed these today, so please wash more cleaner next."

However, it's not everytime. If it was me, I wash 2 or 3times but after I will angry roommates and I don't wash. Because I don't want to wash other's dishes so any time!!
